Coin packs are credited by our server the moment Apple confirms the payment, so a missing pack is usually one that has not finished arriving — reopen the app while online and give it a moment. A purchase interrupted before it reached us finishes on its own the next time you open the app.

Restore purchases in Settings will not bring coins back: it re-checks what your Apple ID still holds, which is Plus and Remove Ads, and a coin pack is spent rather than held. If a pack you paid for has not appeared, email us the date of the purchase and we will find it.

On your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sort Hurdle. Only Apple can cancel a subscription — we cannot do it for you.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus keeps working until the period you have already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Plus and Remove Ads come back with Restore purchases in Settings, on any phone signed into the same Apple ID.

Everything else belongs to an anonymous identifier kept on the old phone — the game has no sign-in to carry it across. Ladder levels and stars live on that phone alone. Reinstalling on the same phone keeps the identifier; a new phone starts fresh. If you had coins you want back, email us and we will look into it.

Not yet. The game gives every player a generated name, so nothing you type is ever published.

Every board comes with five. When they are gone, the Undo button offers a short ad for five more — and if no ad is available, you get the five anyway. On the daily, the clock stops while the ad plays.

Open Daysfrom the home screen and pick the date. A past day opens with Plus, with coins, or with one ad, and it stays open. Your time ranks on that day’s own board. Looking at any day’s leaderboard is always free.

Times are checked on the server by replaying your moves. A solve can be rejected if it arrives incomplete, or if the moves do not clear the board. If you think that is wrong, email us the day and roughly when you played, and we will look at what arrived.

Two ways. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes them for good. Sort Hurdle Plus removes them as part of the subscription, along with every past daily and three free hints a board.

Either one removes the ads the game shows you: the banner and the full-screen ads between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a reward — coins, a hint, more undos, a past day, a doubled bonus — stay available, because they pay you for the time rather than costing you it. You are never required to watch one.

Declining ad tracking does not remove ads — it only makes them less targeted.
